Liquidation of a legal entity can be voluntary or compulsory by a court decision. A legal entity may be dissolved in the following cases:
1. in connection with the decision of its founders (participants) or legal entity authorized by the charter, including the end of the term provided for the existence of the legal entity or the achievement of the goal set at the time of its creation;
2. in the event that its registration is considered invalid by the court due to violations of legislation committed during the creation of a legal entity;
3. when the activity is carried out without the necessary special permission (license) or the activity prohibited by the law, or when the legislation is repeatedly or grossly violated in another way, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation, by the decision of the court;
4. when a criminal-legal measure in the form of liquidation of a legal entity is applied by the court's final decision;
5. As a result of the bankruptcy of a legal entity, by the decision of the court;
6. The number of participants of LLC and JSC should not exceed the limit (50) established by legislation.
