Amendments and updates regarding procedural time limits have been made to the Civil Procedure Code
The following amendments and updates regarding procedural time limits have been made to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

The application for interim measures will be reviewed by the court without delay following the day it is received, but no later than the next business day;

The application for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral tribunals' decisions on interim measures will be reviewed by the court without delay following the day it is received, but no later than the next business day;

The issue of substituting one type of interim measure with another will be resolved in a court session within 10 days from the date the application is received by the court;

The application for the cancellation of an interim measure will be reviewed and resolved within 20 days from the date it is received by the court;

Petitions from parties involved in the case will be reviewed either on the day they are submitted or by the next court session, at the latest. If the issue raised in the petition needs be resolved urgently, a court session may be scheduled with notification to the parties involved;

The application for the correction of errors and obvious mistakes in a judgment or decision will be reviewed and resolved within 10 days from the date it is received by the court;

The application for an additional judgment or decision will be accepted within 20 days from the date it is received by the court, and the issuance of these will not delay the judgment or decision from coming into legal force;

The application for the interpretation of a judgment or decision will be resolved in a court session within 20 days from the date it is received by the court.
New Unified Court Call Center has been established in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
For the first time in Azerbaijan, a Unified Court Call Center has been launched. Through this center, it is possible to contact the Supreme Court, the Judicial-Legal Counsil, and other courts from any region of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is possible to contact the respective court by dialing 012 887 from landline phones or the short number 887 from all mobile operators, using the voice-presented connection codes. The connection codes can also be obtained from the official website of the Judicial- Legal Council (https://jlc.gov.az/). The Call Center operates in live service mode from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
