The Labor Code has been amended in relation to the introduction

As per the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24 October 2023 “On Amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the amendments have been made to the terms of the trial period. Herewith, the trial period shall not exceed 2 weeks for the labor contracts concluded for up to six months whereas such period shall not exceed three months for other labor contracts.
