Amendments to the Law on State Registration and State Registry of Legal Entities

The Law On State Registration and State Registry of Legal Entities is amended based on the Law dated May 2, 2023. Thus, pursuant to the amendments, henceforce the information about the founders (participants) of commercial legal entities and their shares in the Articles of Association, their state registration document and charter will be obtained by the notaries not from the applicants but through electronic inquiries via electronic information systems.
This Law entered into force on May 31, 2023. |
