The Cyber Security Strategy of the Central Bank for 2023-2026 has been approved!
With the support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, the "Cybersecurity Strategy in Financial Markets" (Strategy) was developed and approved by the Central Bank for 2023-2026.
The vision of this Strategy is to strengthen cyber resilience in the country's financial markets against the background of increasing cyber threats in order to ensure financial stability.
Therefore, the Strategy includes activities on five strategic priorities and aims to create a stable cyber security environment in financial markets:
1. Strengthening the regulatory and supervisory framework for information security and cyber security in financial markets;
2. Strengthening the culture of cyber risk management in financial markets;
3. Forming the management framework of information technologies in order to strengthen the level of cyber security in financial markets;
4. Strengthening cyber resilience in financial markets;
5. Formation of information security and cyber security culture in financial markets.
