The list of people who are given a discounted mortgage loan has been expanded!
According to the Decree dated November 24, 2022,
The following additions have been made to the list of persons who have the right to use a discounted mortgage loan:
1) the children of martyrs who were members of the young family and were named the Hero of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the children of the National Hero of Azerbaijan;
2) a member of the martyr's family (husband/wife);
3) Hero of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan (himself, husband/wife);
4) National Hero of Azerbaijan (himself, husband/wife).
