Decision of the Constitutional Court on labor legislation
According to the decision, the provision "for each delayed day the employee must be paid in the amount of at least one percent of the salary" stipulated in Part 5 of Article 172 of the Labor Code, applies to cases of individual labor disputes. In the pre-decision period, the application of this provision to existing individual labor disputes led to uncertainty.
